Do you charge for site surveys?
For projects anywhere in Istanbul, on-site surveys are free of charge. For projects outside Istanbul, we first carry out a preliminary assessment based on plans and photos, and share the installation and survey plan together with the quote.
Can you combine turnstiles, time attendance and barriers in one project?
Yes. We design turnstiles, time attendance terminals, our own staff tracking software, cameras and barrier systems as a single project and commission them so they can be managed from the same software.
Our existing system was installed by another company. Can you support it?
Yes. We provide maintenance, repair and software integration support for turnstile, time attendance, barrier and camera systems from other manufacturers, as long as spare parts are available.
What should we do about KVKK with biometric systems?
Fingerprint and face data are special category personal data. According to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) principle decision No. 2026/921 of 29.04.2026, processing biometric data for working-time tracking is not considered proportionate, and explicit consent does not make it lawful either. For working-time tracking we recommend card or PIN-based time attendance; most of our devices also work in card and PIN mode. For other uses, we recommend consulting a legal expert.
